• The chamber will be hydraulically tested to 1.5 times the working pressure and jacket tested 2 times of the working pressure.
• The normal working pressure will be 1.1 to 1.5 kg/cm2 (15-21psi) corresponding to temperature of 121 to 125ºC
• Fully automatic operation with pre-selected and variable program

Door
• The two doors will be provided on a hinge door self alignment including safety locks and automatic sealing system
• The door having two locks, one automatic and one manual and the door will be closed and sealed trough vacuum
• The automatic lock will operate when pressure gauge reads more than or approx 0.37 kg/cm2.(5psi) in the chamber

• A heat resistant silicon rubber gasket will be provided on the doors

Steam Generator / Boiler
• Stainless steel electric boiler under the shell with interconnecting steam pipes
• Immersion heater mounted in stainless steel plate and electric control should comprise of an contactor, pressure controller low water protection and indicators
• Water drain and water inlet valves
• Water level controller will protect the heaters from running without adequate water level inside steam generator and also indicated the same by running low water level indication lamp on operator control
• Water softening plant 500 liters/hr. 1000 liter capacity tank

Automation (Touch Screen)
• Microprocessor based with the facility human machine interface which is built in with the sterilizer and suitable PLC. Provision for a data storage system with suitable computer
• The touch screen display at the front panel will show the following parameters.
1. Chamber pressure
2. Chamber temperature
3. Time & Date
4. Alarm indicator
5. Error display
6. Low water indicator

Printer
• Printer for recording and documentation of dates, time, load identification no. and operating parameter i.e. temperature, pressure and residence time, throughout the length of the autoclave cycles.
• Printer port/USB/LAN connection
